A Note from Mrs. Sonu
Welcome Letter Β· Little Sprouts Daycare & Pre-School
Dear Little Sprouts Family,
From the bottom of my heart β welcome. Entrusting your child's care to someone else is one of the most significant decisions you'll ever make, and I don't take that lightly. For over 12 years, I have poured love, intention, and deep care into this home β not just as a daycare, but as a second home for every child who walks through our door.
At Little Sprouts, we believe the earliest years are the most magical. Every meal, every story, every song, and every laugh is an opportunity to nurture your little one's body, mind, and spirit. I am committed to making sure your child thrives β in learning, in play, and in joy.
Thank you for choosing us. We can't wait to grow together. π±
β With warmth, Mrs. Sonu & the Little Sprouts Family

π₯ Illness Policy
Please notify Mrs. Sonu immediately if your child shows any signs of illness. The provider has an obligation to protect all children. Children should be kept home if they exhibit: fever over 100Β°F, vomiting, skin rash of unknown origin, persistent cough, heavy nasal discharge (unless doctor-noted allergy), diarrhea, runny nose, pink eye, sore throat, upset stomach, parasites, communicable diseases, or any other serious illness.
A child may also be sent home at the provider's discretion if their condition poses a threat to other children or staff. Parents will be notified of any contagious illness exposure.
Children must be symptom-free for 24 hours before returning to daycare.
ποΈ Vacation PolicyIf Mrs. Sonu takes vacation: A minimum of 4 weeks' written notice will be provided to all families.
If your child takes vacation: Please provide a minimum of 2 weeks' notice whenever possible. π Withdrawal & Termination PolicyWithdrawal by Parent: 4 weeks' advance written notice is required. Failure to provide notice will result in a charge of 2 weeks' tuition.
Helpful Planning Note: While 4 weeks' notice is required, 2 months' notice is greatly appreciated whenever possible, as it helps Little Sprouts plan thoughtfully for incoming families. π
Termination by Provider: Mrs. Sonu may terminate enrollment with 2 weeks' notice for any reason.
